Jim brings with him over 30 years of construction knowledge, with an emphasis on wetland development for Ducks Unlimited. Jim has worked for the past 18 years as a freelance consultant on various construction, abandonment and clean up projects in the petroleum industry.
Cam is a graduate of Olds College in Agricultural Production. Cam ranches in the Warner area, in addition to working with CJB. Cam's methods of reclaiming blowouts in native prairie has been adopted as models by Public Lands. Cam has done extensive research on sustainable agriculture in conjunction with oilfield development.
In July, 2004, Deb joined CJB Ventures Inc. as its Office Manager, bringing with her several years of management expertise. Her duties will include all payables/receivables, payroll, etc.
Chris joined CJB Ventures in April 2008, with a degree in Business Management from U of L. He has worked in the oilpatch as a surveyor/line locator and then as an operator for the past 4 years. His duties will include providing appropriate supervisor/inspectors for each project and he will also be the liason between the oil company and the supervisor. He is also responsible for the safety program.
